ST-1302 is an eco-friendly phosphorus-based flame retardant synergist specifically engineered for use with halogenated flame retardants in polyamide (PA) systems. It complies fully with EU RoHS and REACH environmental standards. ST-1302 acts as a high-performance replacement for antimony trioxide (Sb₂O₃) in PA6-based formulations, enabling partial or complete substitution while significantly reducing overall material costs. It offers exceptional thermal stability, very low water solubility, and minimal moisture absorption, ensuring no hydrolysis or migration, with negligible impact on the mechanical properties of the final product.

To ensure homogeneous dispersion and stable flame retardant performance, pre-mix ST-1302 with other additives before incorporating into the PA6 resin.
When fully replacing antimony trioxide, use ST-1302 at 1–1.6 times the original Sb₂O₃ loading.
