 Complord New material flame retardants have been widely used in the emerging plastics industry, occupying market positions in halogen-free flame retardants of PP, PA66 fiber-added, PBT fiber-added, PC/ABS and other products.   Complord-6000A, 6000-1 series products are a compound intumescent halogen-free flame retardant, suitable for halogen-free flame retardant products such as PP, PE, EVA and polyolefin wire and cable materials. They have the characteristics of small addition amount, no precipitation, no sticking to the mold, and high thermal stability.   Complord-6018 and 6015 series halogen-free flame retardants are mainly suitable for flame retardant of fiber-added products such as nylon 6&66, high-temperature nylon (6T, 9T, HTPA). They have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, no precipitation, no dripping, no graying and can be made white. Adding a small amount can reach 1.6mm V0 level, and can meet the requirements of GWIT775℃, GWFI960℃, CTI600V and other requirements.   Complord 998 series halogen-free flame retardant is mainly used for flame retardancy in rubber, silicone rubber, EPDM rubber and other products. It has the characteristics of small particle size, high temperature resistance, uniform dispersion, and does not affect rubber vulcanization. Adding a small amount can achieve 1.6mm V0 level flame retardancy.   Complord-7000 is suitable for halogen-free flame retardant of PC/ABS alloy and PPO/HIPS alloy. It has the characteristics of high phosphorus content, easy processing, high surface gloss, and good fuel retardant physical properties.     Complord-808M-2, 808M-3 , 808M-3N, 737, 6010M, 6055, 2025 and other flame retardant masterbatch, suitable for direct dry-mix injection molding of PP, PE, PA, ABS, PC and other products, PP non-woven fabrics, PE blown film It is flame retardant for silk, PP/PE/ABS extruded pipes and other products. It has the characteristics of small addition amount, easy dispersion, no precipitation, no impact on color matching, no clogging of spinneret holes, and can be made into transparent PA66, which facilitates the flame retardant needs of end customers.    

ST series is an environmentally friendly silicone flame retardant that has excellent synergistic flame retardant effects on halogen flame retardants, improves the flame retardant efficiency of halogen flame retardants, and has a certain smoke suppression effect.   Advantages (1) High thermal stability, low water solubility and water absorption. (2) Not discolor or decompose during high-temperature processing, not release water, not affect the electrical properties of the material,cheap,low smoke density.     Partial or complete replacement of Sb2O3 When used in PVC, PP, ABS, PS, PBT, etc., replace 50~100% of antimony trioxide. (1) Low heavy metal content, Pb , As , Hg, Cr, Cd content are all less than 20 ppm . (2) Low water solubility and hygroscopicity,not precipitate out by water, and not affect the electrical properties of the material. (3) High thermal stability, adapt to a wide range of processing requirements.
