HF-601AL is a halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant with phosphorus and nitrogen as flame retardant elements. It plays a flame retardant role through the mechanism of carbon formation and gas phase flame retardancy. Its flame-retardant polyolefin can be used in power cables, communication cables, geological exploration cables, automotive cables, etc.

Its flame-retardant polyolefin can be used in power cables, communication cables, geological exploration cables, automotive cables, etc. The flame-retardant polyolefin with HF-601AL can meet the test requirements of UL94V-0 (1.5mm) and UL1581 VW-1; and is not subject to the restrictions of the 2002/95/EC "Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment" adopted by the European Union and its Council; it also has smooth surfaces and no PH3, strong precipitation resistance, excellent water resistance, excellent migration resistance, and superior electrical properties.

Processing precautions:
(1) When used in TPU, the raw materials need to be pre-dried, and the lower the moisture content, the better. Processing conditions should be as mild as possible to avoid degradation of thermoplastic polyurethane raw materials.
(2) HF-600B does not contain anti-drip agent. If it is used for injection molded parts, customers can add about 0.2% anti-drip agent (such as TF 1645 of 3M Company) as needed.,
